Bloemendal farm is almost 300 years old. It was bought in the late 1800's by the great-grandfather of the current owner Jackie Coetzee to farm grapes. His grandfather, Jannie van der Weshuizen, put up the cellar in 1920.

On the farm is also a "Wynhuis" for wine tasting, breakfast, lunch, cheese platters and a boardroom for Private functions.
